| 摘 要： | 目的:观察隔姜灸对原发性痛经(寒湿凝滞型)患者的临床疗效。方法:将68例原发性痛经患者随机分为两组,隔姜灸治疗组36例,采用隔姜灸疗法治疗;药物治疗组32例,采用口服月月舒冲剂治疗,连续观察3个月经周期。结果:隔姜灸治疗组的愈显率86.11%,有效率100%;药物治疗组的愈显率65.63%,有效率100%。两组愈显率比较差异有显著性意义(P<0.05)。结论:隔姜灸疗法治疗原发性痛经的临床疗效显著。

| Abstract: | Objective：Observation on therapeutic effect of the Ginger-partitioned moxibustion for treatment of primary dysmenorrhea of cold-damp type. Methods：Sixty-eight cases of primary dysmenorrheal were randomly divided into two groups,one group （ n = 36） were treated with the Ginger-partitioned moxibustion,and the other group （ n = 32） treated with oral administration of YueyueshuPowder,They were treated for 3 menstrual cycles. Results：The total effective rate and the index oftherapeutic effect were 96. 1% and 90. 8% in the treatment group,and 88. 3% and 76. 2% in the control group,with a significant difference between the two groups （ P 0. 05）. Conclusion：Clinical therapeutic effect of the Ginger-partitioned moxibustion on primary dysmenorrhea is obvious. |
