补肾祛瘀益智汤治疗糖尿病认知功能障碍临床研究

目的:观察补肾祛瘀益智汤治疗糖尿病认知功能障碍的疗效。方法:根据长谷川痴呆修改量表(HDS)评分标准,选择轻度(即边缘状态)的61例糖尿病认知功能障碍患者,随机分为治疗组和对照组,两组在常规降糖治疗基础上,治疗组31例给予自拟补肾祛瘀益智汤治疗;对照组30例给予尼莫地平治疗,两组疗程均为2个月。分别观察两组临床疗效,治疗前后简易精神状态检查表(MMSE)、HDS、记忆商(MQ)的变化情况。结果:(1)临床疗效方面:总有效率治疗组、对照组分别为83.9%、56.7%,两组比较差异有显著性意义(P<0.05),治疗组疗效优于对照组;(2)量表积分方面:治疗后两组MMSE、HDS、MQ积分较治疗前显著升高(P<0.05或P<0.01),治疗组与对照组比较差异有显著性意义(P<0.05),治疗组疗效优于对照组。结论:补肾祛瘀益智汤对肾阴亏虚、痰瘀阻络型糖尿病认知功能障有确切疗效。

Clinical Study on the Effect of Bushen Quyu Yizhi Decoction in Treating Diabetic Cognitive Dysfuncfion

Objective： To observe effect of Bushen Quyu Yizhi Decoction on diabetic cognitive dysfunction. Methods ： According to Hasegawa Dementia Scale （HDS）scoring criteria, select 61 patients of the mild （ie,the edge state）diabetic cognitive dysfunction were randomly divided into treatment group and control group, two groups on the basis of conventional hypoglycemic therapy, treatment group ,31 cases of granting selfmade Bushen Quyu Yizhi Decoction; control group of 30 was treated with nimodipine treatment, two courses were 2 months. The clinical efficacy of the two groups were observed before and after treatment mini - mental state examination （MMSE）, HDS, memory quotient （MQ）was observed. Results：（ 1 ）Clinical efficacy：The total effective treatment group and control group were 83.9% ,56.7% difference between the two groups was significant （ P 〈 0.05 ） , treatment group was more effective than the control group; （2）the amount of Table points：the treatment groups MMSE, HDS, MQ integration significantly higher than that before treatment （ P 〈 0.05 or P 〈 0.01 ）, treatment group compared with the control group the difference was statistically significant （P 〈0.05） ,treatment group better than the control group. Conclusion：Bushen Quyu Yizhi decoction on kidney yin deficiency, phlegm and blood stasis blocking meridians diabetic cognitive dysfuncfion there is a definite effect.
