| 摘 要： | 腹泻是艾滋病患者一种常见的临床症状,也是艾滋病特征性的临床表现之一。中医学认为脾胃为后天之本,人体气血生化之源。脾胃功能的正常与否对腹泻的影响意义深远。从调理"脾胃后天之本"的角度出发来防治艾滋病相关性腹泻是中医学"治病求本"思想的体现,也是中医学整体观念和辨证论治思想相结合的反映。深入研究调理"脾胃后天之本"在艾滋病相关性腹泻的防治中的作用,对中医药防治艾滋病具有重要的指导意义。

| Abstract: | Diarrhea is not only a common clinical symptom of patients with AIDS but also one of the typical clinical manifestation of AIDS. According to TCM, spleen - stomach which is the source of growth and development provides the material basis of the acquired constitution. The function condition of spleen - stomach shows profound significance to diarrhea. To prevent and treat diarrhea due to AIDS based on regulating spleen - stomach is an explication of treat by eliminating the cause of a disease in TCM and an reflection of combination of concept of wholism and treatment determination based on syndrome differentiation in TCM. To research thoroughly the effects of regulating spleen - stomach to diarrhea due to AIDS has significant guiding sense to the preven- tion and treatment of AIDS with TCM. |
