益气活血清热法治疗脑梗死60例临床观察

目的:观察益气活血清热法治疗脑梗死的临床疗效。方法:60例患者随机分为治疗组、对照组,两组均采用脑梗死常规治疗,治疗组加服或鼻饲中药汤剂,疗程30天,两组在治疗前后进行神经功能缺损程度评分、中风证候量表评分。结果:治疗组30例,治愈3例,显效7例,有效14例,无效6例,有效率为80%;对照组30例,治愈1例,显效2例,有效15例,无效12例,有效率为60%,治疗组效果优于对照组(P<0.05)。经治疗火热证、血瘀证、气虚证较对照组明显减轻(P<0.05)。结论:益气活血清热法能够提高气虚瘀热互结型中风临床疗效。

Sixty patients clinical observation of the treatment of reinforcing qi, promoting blood circulation and clearing heat on cerebral infarction

Objective ： To observe the effect of treatment of reinforcing qi, promoting blood circulation and clearing heat on cerebral infarction. Methods：Sixty patients were randomly divided into treated and controlled group, they were received in regular therapies, treat group were additionally cured with herbs through mouth or nasal, they were assessed by MESSS and stroke syndrome scale before therapy and after. Results ： The total efficacious rate in treated group is higher than the controlled group, fire syndrome, blood stasis syndrome and qi deficiency syndrome in treated group were lighter than those of controlled group. Concluzion ： The treatment of reinforcing qi,promoting blood circulation and clearing heat has an good effective on cerebral infarction.
