中西医结合治疗直乙型溃疡性结肠炎120例

目的:探讨中西医结合治疗直乙型溃疡性结肠炎的效果。方法:筛选河北省唐山市中医医院肛肠科2007年1月—2009年8月直乙型溃疡性结肠炎120例。采用静点抗生素,口服柳氮磺胺吡啶,复方角菜酸酯栓(太宁栓)纳肛,联合中药灌肠治疗,判定疗效。结果:中西医结合治疗直乙型溃疡性结肠炎痊愈占92%,好转占7%,无效占1%。结论:中西医结合治疗直乙型溃疡性结肠炎疗效肯定,值得推广。

Combined Chinese and Western Medicine Treatment of Ulcerative Colitis, 120 Cases of Hepatitis B Direct Experience

Objective：To explore the combination of Chinese and Western medicine treatment of ulcerative colitis,the effect of direct - B. Methods ： Screening Tangshan City, Hebei Province Chinese Medicine Hospital Anorectal January 2007 - August 2009 Direct 120 cases of hepatitis B ulcerative colitis. Use of static points, antibiotics, oral sulfasalazine, titanoreine suppository （Titanoreine） is satisfied anal, enema combined traditional Chinese medicine treatment, to determine efficacy. Results：The combination of Chinese and Western medicine treatment of ulcerative colitis straight B cured 92% , improved 7% , ineffective accounting for 1%. Conclusion：The combination of Chinese and Western medicine treatment of ulcerative colitis Straight B surely worthy of promotion.
