| 摘 要： | 目的:观察中药七味白术散加味治疗5～12岁儿童幽门螺杆茵(Hp)感染性胃炎的临床疗效。方法:对72例Hp呼气试验阳性患儿随机分为两组,实验组采用七味白术散为主加味治疗,对照组采用胶体铋剂+2种抗生素(克拉霉素+阿莫西林)。治疗1个月后,进行Hp检测及中医症状观察。结果:两组患儿治疗1个月后Hp转阴率为显著不同,实验组治愈率为:96%,对照组治愈率为:87%。结论:应用中药七味白术散加味治疗小儿Hp感染性胃炎,Hp转阴率高,临床症状缓解时间快。

| Abstract: | Objective：To observe clinical efficacy of modified Qi Wei Bai Zhu San for pediatric gastritis due to Hp infection. Methods ：72 pediatric patients with positive Hp exhaling test results were divided into two groups randomly. Modifications from Qi Wei Bai Zhu San were given to the treatment group while control group were given Colloidal Bismuth Pectin, clarithromycin and amoxicillin. Test for Hp existence and symptom changes were observed after 1 month. Results ： Significant difference was observed between the two groups for the curative rate with 96% for treatment group and 87% for control group. Conclusion：Modified Qi Wei Bai Zhu San is effective for pediatric infectious gastritis with a high clearance rate of Hp and a shorter time to relieve the symptoms. |
