追踪学科热点因地制宜开展有地方特色的中医脑病研究

新疆地处中国西部,拥有维哈汉蒙等多民族的地区,若结合当前中风研究中的热点问题,研究各民族急性缺血中风患者中医证候与相关连的物质基础关系、发病机理,寻找不同证型的缺血中风患者发生的危险因子和易感基因,并选取新疆地产药和维吾尔药对各民族中风患者进行中风病的个体化治疗和相关药物基因组学的研究,进而进行中风二级预防的地产药和民族药有效成分的筛选研究。这是新疆中医脑病快速发展跟上国内中医最新进展的必由之路。

Tracing Hot Spot Discipline of Encephalopathology in TCM and Develop the Study of Local Characteristic Taking Actions that Suit Local Circumstances

Xinjiang which has multiple races including Uygurs,Mongolians,and Hans resides in the east of china.Combining the hot spot issues about stroke studies,we can do the screen study of the effective element of ethnodrug and the local drugs for the secondary prevention of stroke through doing the research about the materials basic relationship and pathology between the TCM syndromes of different races of acute ischemic stroke patients,finding the risk factors and predisposing genes of ischemic stroke patients of different syndromes,choosing drugs of Uygurs and xinjiang local drugs to treat the stroke patients of different races,studying the genomics of relative drugs.This is the only way that encephalopathology of TCM in Xinjiang can develop quickly and catch up with the latest development of national TCM.
