| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨多胎妊娠与小儿脑性瘫痪发生的相关性。方法:2002年8~10月对湘潭地区通过流行病学调查了解多胎妊娠脑性瘫痪的患病率和相关危险因素。结果:调查0~7岁儿童179895人,确诊为小儿脑性瘫痪385例,患病率2·14‰。其中双胎850例,确诊小儿脑性瘫痪16例,患病率18·82‰;三胞胎96例,确诊小儿脑性瘫痪为9例,患病率93·75‰。患病率之比三胞胎:双胞胎:单胎=43·08:8·19:1,经统计学处理,妊娠胎数与脑瘫发生率呈指数线性关系,R2=0·99,接近于1,b=0·835>0,表明妊娠胎数与脑瘫患病率高度正相关。结论:多胎妊娠小儿脑性瘫痪患病率较单胎显著增高,加强多胎妊娠的围产期保健工作,可以减少小儿脑性瘫痪患病率。

| Abstract: | Objective: To study the relations between polycyesis and cerebral palsy. Methods: Epidemiological method was used to investigate the incidence and relative dangerous factors of cerebral palsy in polycyesis. Results: 179,895 children aged from 0 to 7 were employed in this study. Total 385 cases were diagnosed as cerebral palsy (2.14‰). Among them, 16 cases of 850 twins were diagnosed as cerebral palsy (18.82‰). 9 cases of 96 triplets were diagnosed as cerebral palsy (93.75‰). The incidence in triplets, twins, and single gestation was 43.088.191. Conclusion: The incidence of cerebral palsy in polycyesis is higher than that in single gestation. So it is important to strengthen the prenatal care among polycyesis. |
