| 摘 要： | 通过分析临床科研实验室的现状。阐述了在课题组长负责制的新型临床科研实验室综合信息系统引入大型科研型实验室中的必要性和可行性。在实验室需求分析的基础上，提出并分析了基于C／S、B／S结合模式的实验室综合信息系统总体结构，给出了系统的功能模块、设计特色、关键问题的解决方法及实现途径，并对系统的开发技术进行了研究。

| Abstract: | Base on the present situation analysis of research laboratory, necessity and feasibility of LIS under principal investigator responsibility system were explained. We analyzed the overall structure of LIS based on C / S and B / S mixed framework, and explained the functional modules, design features, solutions of the key problem, realization approach,as well as the development technology of system. |
