| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨电视胸腔镜辅助小切口治疗重症自发性气胸的临床效果。方法:回顾分析56例重症自发性气胸患者的临床资料,患者分别接受常规剖胸及胸腔镜辅助小切口(VAMT)手术治疗,对临床效果进行对比分析。结果:30例经VAMT手术治疗的患者均一次性手术成功,与剖胸手术组比较,手术时间、切口疼痛时间、术后住院时间、术中失血量、术后胸腔引流量等均明显减少,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:电视胸腔镜辅助小切口治疗重症自发性气胸微创、安全、疗效好的优点,值得推广。
