螺旋CT导引下经皮肺穿刺活检的临床应用

摘    要:目的对怖部病变尤其是周围性占位病灶进行诊断鉴别诊断。方法18例肺部病变在螺旋CT导引下进行穿刺取组织进行病理检查。结果18例均穿刺成功,确诊肺癌9例.肺结核7例,炎性假瘤1例.胸膜问皮瘤1例。结论螺旋CT导引啼穿刺取组织进行病检,进针深度及进针角度清楚,方法简易行.创伤小,诊断准确率高。对于怖部孤立性病变的鉴别诊断.尤其是怀疑肺癌时,或者病变位于怖周围区、胸膜肥厚性病变伴肺内实变的定性诊断.支气管镜检无能为力.而临床及影像诊断又有困难.往往要借助于病理诊断。我们对18例肺部病变患者行螺旋CT导引下怖穿刺活检,方法简单.刨伤小,准确性高。

Abstract:Objective Diagnosis and distin spiral CTive biagmesis about Pulmonary pathology especially occupying lesion. Methods Eighteen pulmonary pathology is pun spiral CTured biopsy under spiral CT-guided. Results All to the eishteen pun spiral CTure is succestul,including nine carcinoma to the tung;ceven pulmonary tuberclosis;one inflammatory psendotunor and one pleura mesothelioma. Conclusion Nith spiral CT-guideel pun spiral CTure for pulmonary biopsy is a good way.It is little wound and effe spiral CTive dingnosis;nhile the depthand the angle of the needle is very clear.The way is used to occupying lesion distin spiral CTive din=gnosis;especially it is suspe spiral CTed carcinoma of the tung or pleura pachynsis with pulmonary consolidation diagmosis;and that bronchoscopy is unable and clinical image diagmosis is very ifficult.So,we cam resort to pathology diagnosis.We use the spiral CT-guided for the tung pun spiral CTure diagnosis to the eithteen patients who have pulmonary pathology.The way is simple antl accurately with less wound.
