摘    要:目的 探讨高压氧对神经性耳鸣患者微循环状态的影响.方法 选取2010-01-2013-02于本院进行诊治的62例神经性耳鸣患者为研究对象,随机分为对照组和观察组各31例,对照组以常规治疗方法进行治疗,观察组在对照组的基础上再以高压氧进行干预,比较2组患者干预前后的甲襞微循环指标和不同切变率全血黏度.结果 观察组治疗后5 d及10 d的甲襞微循环指标和不同切变率全血黏度均低于对照组,且观察组治疗后10 d低于治疗前与治疗后5 d(P均<0.05).结论 高压氧对神经性耳鸣患者微循环状态的影响较大,有助于改善患者的内耳循环状态.

Study on the influence of hyperbaric oxygen for the microcirculation state of patients with nervous tinnitus

Abstract:Objective To study the influence of hyperbaric oxygen for the microcirculation state of patients with nervous tinnitus. Methods 62 patients with nervous tinnitus who were diagnosed and treated in our hospital from January 2010 to Feb- ruary 2013 were randomly divided into control group and observation group with 31 cases in each group, and the control group were treated with conventional treatment,the observation group were treated with hyperbaric oxygen based on the treatment of control group, then the nailfold microcirculation indexes and whole blood viscosity at different shear rate of two groups before and after the intervention were compared. Results The nailfold microcirculation indexes and whole blood viscosity at different shear rate of observation group at fifth and tenth day were all lower than those of control group,and those indexes of observa- tion group at tenth day after the treatment were all lower than those before the treatment and at fifth day after the treatment (all P〈0.05). Conclusion The influence of hyperbaric oxygen for the microcirculation state of patients with nervous tinnitus is significant, and it is helpful for the improvement of the inner ear circulation.
