经鼻蝶入路垂体瘤切除术后并发症特点及处理方法

目的 探讨经鼻蝶入路垂体瘤切除后术后并发症的特点及处理方法.方法 选取本院84例垂体瘤经鼻蝶入路切除的术后患者进行研究,随机分成对照组与实验组.实验组术后对尿崩症患者使用双氢克尿噻片口服,3次/d,每日检测电解质.对照组则进行自我闭尿性的修复训练,简单进行膀胱修复功能训练及日常常规护理.观察患者术后并发症的产生情况.结果 实验组总有效率（90.48%）明显高于对照组（61.90%）,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）.且实验组显效率（66.66%）明显高于对照组（23.81%）,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）.结论 经鼻蝶入路切除垂体瘤患者术后易发生各类并发症,应及时对症处理.

The postoperative complications and processing method of transsphenoidal pituitary tumor resection

Objective To investigate the postoperative complications and processing method of transsphenoidal pituitary tumor resection. Methods 84 patients with pituitary adenomas were randomly divided into the experiment group and the control group. Patients in the experiment group were given with hydrochlorothiazide diapers （3 times a day in oral way）, arid then pa- tients＇ electrolyte was examined every day. Patients in the control group were given with the repair training o{ self closed urine way and bladder function. Results The total efficiency（90.48%） and significant efficiency（66.66%）in the experiment group were higher than these of the control group （61.90% and 23.81%, respectively）, which had statistical significance （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Patients with transsphenoidal pituitary tumor resection occur easily all kinds of postoperative complications which should be timely treated.
