5Hz重复经颅磁刺激对抑郁症的治疗作用

目的 观察重复经颅磁刺激（rTMS）对抑郁症的影响.方法 通过对8例患者（男4例,女4例）进行治疗,rTMS对右侧前额叶部位的刺激（每次给予5 Hz,连续4.9 s的刺激;两次刺激间隔30 s,每次治疗10次刺激,每个疗程10次治疗,持续1个月）.结果 治疗后HAMD、CGI评分较治疗前显著下降,差异具有统计学意义（P〈0.01）.结论 每次3～5 min,用5 Hz爆发刺激模式,比常规高频刺激有更好的调节作用,且刺激时间短,刺激量减小,不良反应更小.

The effect of 5 Hz repetitive transcranial magnetic stimulation on the treatment of depression

Objective To observe the efficacy of repetitive transcranial magnetic stimulation in patients with major depres- sion. Methods eight patients received repetitive transcranial magnetic stimulation of the right dorsolaterai prefrontal cortex （each patient was given a 5 Hz, 4.9s stimulation each time; the Interval between the two stimuli is 30s, each treatment includ- ed a total of 10 times stimulation, and each treatment session included 10 treaments with duration of one month） . Results Af- ter the treatment,the HAMD, CGI score decreased significantly compared with the outcome before the treatment, the differ- ence was significant （P〈0.01）. Conclusion the 3-5 minutes, 5-Hz burst stimulation patterns has better regulation effect than the conventional high-frequency stimulation, and the stimulation time is shorter, the amount of stimulation is reduced, the side effect is smaller .
