依那普利与吲达帕胺联合治疗老年糖尿病伴高血压98例临床疗效观察

目的观察依那普利与吲达帕胺联合治疗老年糖尿病伴高血压的临床疗效及预后。方法将该院内科2007年1月至2011年12月98例老年糖尿病伴高血压患者随机分为治疗组和对照组，各49例。两组均在合理应用降糖药物治疗的基础上．对照组给予硝苯地平联合吲达帕胺治疗，治疗组给予依那普利联合吲迭帕胺治疗。8周为1个疗程，记录治疗前后患者血压、血糖及血清钾、微量清蛋白、尿酸等指标。结果治疗8周时，治疗组的降压效果优于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）；但两组降糖效果比较．差异无统计学意义（P〉0．05）；两组尿微量清蛋白、尿酸水平比较，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）；但血钾水平比较，差异均无统计学意义（P〉0．05）。结论临床使用依那普利联合吲达帕胺治疗老年糖尿病伴高血压可明显降压及降低尿中微量清蛋白、尿酸含量，是值得临床推广的治疗方案。

Clinical observation of enalapril combined with indapamide in the treatment of 98 cases of elderly diabetic mellitus with hypertension

Objective To observe the clinical efficacy and prognosis of enalapril and indapamide combination therapy in elderly diabetic hypertension. Methods A total of 98 cases of elderly diabetic hypertension hospitalized in medical department in the hospital from January 2007 to December 2011 were randomly divided into treatment group and control group ,49 cases in each group. Based on the rational use of hypoglycemic drug therapy, the control group received treatment of nifedipine combined with indapamide ,the treatment group received treatment of enalapri] combined with indapamide, and 8 weeks were taken as a course of treatment. To record blood pressure, blood glucose and serum potassium, albumin, uric acid and so on before and after treatment. Results After 8 weeks of treatment,the treatment group was superior to the control group on antihypertensive efficacy, and the difference had statistical significance （P〈0.05）, but the difference of hypog]ycemic effect between the two groups had no statistical significance （P〉0.05）. The difference of urinary albumin and uric acid indicators between the two groups had statistical significance （P〈0.05） ;while the comparison of serum potassium between the two groups was not statistically significant difference （P〉0.05）. Conclusion Clinical application of enalapri] and indapamide therapy in elderly diabetic hypertension can significantly reduce blood pressure and urinary albumin and uric acid. Therefore, it is worthy of clinical treatment.
