数字化模板术前测量在选择人工髋关节假体尺寸中的准确性

目的分析传统胶片模板与数字化模板术前测量在选择髋关节假体尺寸上的准确性，探讨数字化模板的应用价值。方法将2009年1月至2012年12月行初次全髋关节置换术的124例患者随机分为观察组和对照组，分别应用传统胶片模板与数字化模板对其术前x射线图像进行测量，比较术前测量所选择假体尺寸与术中实际选择假体尺寸的符合情况．分析数字化模板术前测量在选择髋关节假体尺寸上的准确性，并探讨其应用价值。结果两组患者术前所选择的假体尺寸与术中实际选择尺寸比较，差异均有统计学意义（P〈O．05）；在选择人工髋关节假体尺寸的准确性上，数字化模板术前测量与传统胶片模板比较，差异有统计学意（P〈O．05）。结论数字化模板术前测量对选择人工髋关节假体尺寸的准确性明显高于传统胶片模板术前测量。其制作及测量过程简单方便．具有广泛的应用前景。

Accuracy of preoperative digital templating on selecting prosthesis size in total hip replacement

Objective To analyze the accuracy of preoperative measurement with digital and traditional film template on prosthesis size in total hip replacement, and to explore the application value of the digital templating. Methods A total of 124 patients with primary total hip replacement arthroplasty（THRA） from January 2009 to December 2012 were randomly divided in- to observation group and control group, and the preoperative X radiographs were measured by traditional film template and digital template respectively. The concordance rate of the selection of the prosthesis size was compared between the preoperative mea- surement and intraoperative actual measurement,the accuracy of preoperative digital template on prosthesis size in total hip re- placement was assessed, and the application value was explored. Results The difference of the selected acetabular and femoral prosthesis size between preoperative measurement and intraoperative actual ones had no statistical significance in the two groups （P〈0.05） ;on the accuracy of selecting prosthesis size of artificial hip joint, the difference of preoperative measurement between digital template and traditional film template had statistical significance （P〈0.05）. Conclusion The accuracy of preoperative measurement of digital template on prosthesis size is significantly higher than that of traditional film template in total hip replace- ment, and its production and measurement process are simple and convenient, so,it has a wide application prospect.
