心理干预对脑卒中后持续性自主状态患者直系亲属照顾者心理状况的影响

目的 探讨心理干预对脑卒中后持续性自主状态患者直系亲属照顾者心理状况的影响.方法 对我科收治的6例脑卒中后持续性自主状态患者直系亲属照顾者进行心理干预,于干预前后采用SCL-90对直系亲属照顾者进行测评.结果 脑卒中后持续性自主状态患者直系亲属照顾者SCL-90的各项因子分（尤躯体化、焦虑、抑郁、恐怖）高于全国常模,干预后较干预前显著降低,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）.结论 脑卒中后持续性自主状态患者直系亲属的心理问题较为明显,心理干预能有效改善脑卒中后持续性自主状态患者直系亲属照顾者的心理状况.

The impact of the psychological intervention on the psychological status of caregivers of patients with the persistent independent state after stroke

Objective To explore the impact of the psychological intervention on the psychological status of caregivers of patients with the persistent independent tate after stroke. Methods SCL-90 were used to evaluate immediate family caregivrs before and after the intervention in six cases of post-stroke patients with persistent independent state from our depart- ment. Results The factor scores （especially somatization, anxiety, depression, terror） of SCL-90 of immediate family caregiv-ers of Post-stroke patients with persistent independent state were significantly higher than the national norm, after the interventionthan before the intervention （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Immediate family members of patients with persistent independent state after stroke has more obvious psychological problems, and psychologieal intervention can effectively improve the psychological condition of the immediate family caregivers of them.
