老年脑梗死患者康复功能锻炼的社区护理干预效果分析

目的探讨社区护理干预对出院后老年脑梗死患者康复功能锻炼的效果。方法将2012年4月至2013年3月住院的60例患者随机分为对照组和干预组各30例，住院期间实施综合治疗和护理康复，出院后对照组实施电话回访和指导，干预组在对照组的基础上由高年资护师定期上门回访，指导康复锻炼，实施评价。结果干预组效果明显优于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P〈O．01）。结论老年脑梗死患者出院后加强社区护理干预效果明显，对积极促进各种功能的恢复、降低致残率、提高生活质量、减轻家庭和社会负担具有重要意义。

Effect analysis of community nursing intervention on rehabilitation functional training of elderly patients with cerebral infarction

Objective To investigate the effect of community nursing intervention on elderly patients with cerebral in- farction after discharge from rehabilitation functional training. Methods 60 patients of hospitalization were randomly divided in- to control group and intervention group, 30 cases in each group. Both groups were with comprehensive treatment and nursing reha- bilitation, and telephone visit and guidance were implemented after discharge from hospital. The intervention group were added with regular on-site visit by senior nurses to guide rehabilitation exercise and implement evaluation on the basis of control group. Results The intervention group was better than the control group on efficacy with statistically significant difference （P〈O.01）. Conclusion Strengthening nursing rehabilitation on elderly patients with cerebral infarction after discharge from hospital has obvious efficacy, it is with great importance in accelerating the recovery of different functions actively, reducing disability rate, im- proving quality of life and relieving the burden of family and society.
