尿激酶联合银杏达莫注射液治疗脑血栓形成临床疗效观察

目的 探讨尿激酶联合银杏达莫注射液治疗脑血栓形成的临床效果.方法 选择我院脑血栓形成患者共82例,随机分为观察组和对照组.2组均给予常规治疗,对照组同时给予银杏达莫注射液,观察组给予尿激酶和银杏达莫注射液.观察2组治疗前后神经功能缺损情况.结果 观察组治疗后神经功能缺损评分显著低于对照组,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）.观察组总有效率95.1%;对照组75.6%,观察组总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）.结论 尿激酶联合银杏达莫注射液能够改善脑血栓形成患者神经功能缺损症状,疗效显著,值得借鉴.

Observation of the clinical effect of urokinase combined with ginkgo leaf extract and dipyridamole injection on cerebral thrombosis

Objective To explore the clinical effect of urokinase combined with ginkgo leaf extract and dipyridamole injec- tion on cerebral thrombosis. Methods 82 cases with cerebral thrombosis were selected and randomly divided into observation group and control group. The two groups were given conventional therapy, the control group was also given ginkgo leaf extract and dipyridamole injection, observation group were treated with urokinase and ginkgo leaf extract and dipyridamole injec- tion. The impairment of nerve function were observed before and after treatment in two groups. Results The neurological deficit scores after treatment in the observation group was significantly different with that in control （P~0.05）. The total effective rate in the observation group was 95. 1%, and that in the control group was75.6%,and that in the observation group was high- er than that in the control group, the difference was significant （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Urokinase combined with ginkgo leaf extract and dipyridamole injection can improve neurologic impairment symptoms in patients with cerebral thrombosis, and the curative effect is obvious.
