临床路径在脑卒中患者健康教育中的应用研究

目的 探讨临床路径在脑卒中患者健康教育中的应用效果.方法 将300例住院脑卒中患者随机分为2组,各150例,对照组给予常规健康教育,试验组应用临床路径实施健康教育,分别在入院时及出院时评价2组患者的疾病相关知识得分、日常生活活动能力评分.结果 干预前2组患者基线均衡,出院时试验组患者的疾病相关知识得分为89.30±5.27,对照组为71.08±6.01,试验组日常生活活动能力评分85.19±9.58,对照组74.87±8.97,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）.结论 应用临床路径对脑卒中患者实施健康教育可以提高其疾病知识掌握水平,提高日常生活活动能力.

Research of clinical pathway in the health education of stroke patients

Objective To explore the efficacy of clinical pathway in the health education of stroke patientsMethods A to-tal of 300 stroke patients were randomly divided into control group（n = 150） and experiment group （n = 150）. Conventional health education was taken in control group and health education by clinical pathway was applied in experiment group. Before and after intervention, the scores of knowledge about stroke and ac- tivity of daily life （ADL） were measured. Results There wereno significant differences in the baseline measures between two groups. Significant differences were found when leaving hospital between groups in scores of disease knowledge （control 71.08± 6.01 vs experiment 89.30±5.27） and ADL scores （control 74. 87±8.97 vs experiment 85.19±9.58）. Conclusion Using the method of clinical pathway to take health education would improve the level of disease knowledge and ADL for stroke patients.
