神经节苷脂在急性脑梗死患者中的综合应用价值

目的 探讨神经节苷脂在急性脑梗死患者中的应用价值.方法 回顾性分析我院收治的120例急性脑梗死患者的临床资料,根据治疗方式的不同分为治疗组和对照组各60例,对照组患者给予降颅内压、抗血小板聚集以及控制血压、血糖等常规对症治疗,治疗组在对照组基础上加用神经节苷脂,比较2组临床疗效、NIHSS评分和ADL评分以及不良反应发生情况.结果 治疗组患者的总有效率高达93.33%,显著高于对照组的81.67%（P＜0.05）;治疗前2组NIHSS评分和ADL评分均无显著性差异（P＞0.05）,治疗后治疗组NIHSS评分显著低于对照组,ADL评分显著高于对照组（P＜0.05）.结论 神经节苷脂治疗急性脑梗死患者可明显改善患者神经功能,提高日常生活活动能力,临床疗效显著.

Comprehensive applicative value of ganglioside on patients with acute cerebral infarction

Objective To investigate the ganglioside in patients with acute cerebral infarction comprehensive applica- tion. Methods A retrospective analysis of 120 cases admitted to our hospital with acute cerebral infarction in patients with clini- cal data, according to the treatment were divided into treatment group and control group of 60 cases, in which the control group were treated with lower intracranial pressure, Hangzhou platelet aggregation, and control blood pressure and blood sugar and other conventional allopathic treatment, the treatment group were based on the use of ganglioside treatment were compared the clinical efficacy, NIHSS score and ADL score, and adverse events. Results The patients treated with total efficiency up to 93.33%, significantly higher than the total efficiency of 81.67%, P〈0.05; treatment, both groups of patients with NIHSS scores and ADL scores were not significantly different, P〉0.05 after treatment, patients treated with NIHSS score was signif- icantly lower than the control group, ADL score was significantly higher, P〈0. 05. Conclusion Ganglioside treatment of acute cerebral infarction significantly improved neurological function and improving activities of daily living, significant clinical effect.
