| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨依达拉奉在短暂性脑缺血发作患者中的应用价值.方法 将本院2010-08-2013-03收诊的短暂性脑缺血发作患者随机分成对照组和观察组各88例,对照组采用基础治疗,观察组在此基础上注射依达拉奉.比较2组疗效差异及治疗前后血液流变学改善情况.结果 治疗14 d后,观察组显效率和总有效率显著高于对照组（P＜0.05）;观察组全血高切变黏度、低切变黏度、血浆比黏度、纤维蛋白原均显著低于对照组（P＜0.05）.结论 依达拉奉治疗短暂性脑缺血发作疗效显著,有助于促进血液流变学指标的改善.

| Abstract: | Objective To analyze the application value of edaravone for the patients with transient ischemic attack. Methods Patients with transient isehemic attack from August 2010 to May 2013 were randomly divided into control group（routine treatment group, 88 cases） and observation group（edaravone treatment group, 88 cases）, then the difference in efficacy and inde- xes of blood rheology before and after the treatment of two groups were compared. Results After 14 clays of treatment, the sig- nificant efficiency and total efficiency of observation group were significantly higher than control group,and the high shear vis- cosity, low shear viscosity, plasma viscosity and fibrinogen were all significantly lower than these of control group, all P〈0.05. Conclusion Edaravone can effectively improve efficacy of the basic treatment on transient ischemic attack and improve blood viscosity. |
