护理小组在糖尿病患者护理中的应用研究

目的 观察护理小组在糖尿病患者护理中的作用,以期能够实现提高糖尿病护理水平,同时有利于改善糖尿病人的健康状况.方法 选择医院43例不同科室住院糖尿病患者,在治疗糖尿病的同时,成立糖尿病护理小组,对患者进行相关护理及健康教育,观察患者的糖尿病的控制情况,以及患者经过护理小组护理前后对糖尿病相关知识的掌握程度.结果 对糖尿病患者小组护理及健康教育可减少并发症及合并症发生,减少住院次数.个体化、有针对性的指导及健康咨询教育具有重要意义.小组护理后,患者服药依从性、自我监测、饮食习惯、血糖控制情况及糖尿病并发症均有所改善,护理前后各项评分差异有显著性（P＜0.05）.结论 糖尿病护理小组有助于提高临床护理工作的质量,对控制住院糖尿病患者的糖尿病有重要意义,并且能提高糖尿病患者对糖尿病的自我管理水平.

Discuss The Important of Diabetes Care Team

Objective Observe the clinical effects of diabetes care team in clinical nursing, in order to raise the level of diabetes care can be implemented, at the same time is helpful to improve the health of diabetic patients. Methods Choose eighty - six cases of different department in hospital patients with diabetes, at the same time in the treatment of diabetes, diabetes care team established, related nursing and healthy education to patients, observation of patients with diabetes control, and before and after nursing group were on the knowledge mastering of diabetes. Results Patients after nursing, blood sugar control condition, medication adherence, eating habits , self - monitoring, daily exercise, and the understanding of diabetes complications, also had an improved, nursing before and after each score difference is significant（P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion Diabetes care team to improve the quality of clinical nursing work, diabetes has important significance to control hospital patients with diabetes mellitus, and can improve the level of diabetes on diabetes self- management.
