巴曲酶治疗重度突发性聋的疗效及护理

目的探讨重度突发性聋患者进行溶栓治疗的疗效并总结护理经验。方法．6-结2012年1—12月采用巴曲酶溶栓治疗的73例重度突发性聋患者的临床资料及护理经验。结果重度突发性聋患者入院时纤维蛋白原平均为（2．87±0．67）g／L，溶栓治疗后平均为（1．06±0．43）g／L，溶栓后纤维蛋白原较入院时下降，差异有统计学意义（t=19．46，P〈0．05）。入院时平均听闽为（96．4±14．7）dB，经过溶栓治疗，出院时平均听阈为（74．3±25．6）dB。平均听力改善（22．2±20．9）dB．治疗前后平均听闽比较．差异有统计学意义（t=6．41，P〈0．01），听力改善有效率为60_3％。经过溶栓治疗，纤维蛋白原水平低于1．0g/L的患者共37例，占总溶栓治疗患者的50．7％，所有患者均未出现严重并发症。结论对重度突发性聋患者进行溶栓治疗安全有效。

Curative effect and nursing of batroxobin in the treatment of severe sudden sensorineural hearing loss

Objective To analyze the curative effect of thrombolytic therapy for severe sudden sensorineural hearing loss （SSNHL） and to summarize the nursing experience. Methods Clinical data and nursing experience of 73 patients with serve SSNHL,which were treated with thrombolytic therapy in otolaryngological department of the first affiliated hospital of Chongqing medical university from January to December 2012,were summarized. Results The mean level of fibrinogen of the patients with severe SSNHL was （2.87＋0.67）g/L before thrombolytic treatment, and the level decreased to （ 1.06＋0.43 ）g/L after thrombolytic therapy. The content of fibrinogen after thrombolytic was lower than that before treatment with statistically significant difference （t= 19.46, P〈0.05 ）. The mean auditory threshold on admission was （96.4＋14.7）dB, while the mean auditory threshold fell to （74.3 ＋ 25.6） dB after thrombolytic therapy, and the average improvement of hearing was （22.2-＋20.9） dB. The difference of average audi- tory threshold before and after thrombolytic therapy had statistical significance （t=6.41, P〈0.01 ） and the effective rate of hearing improvement was 60.3%. After thrombolytic treatment, 37 cases was with fibrinogen lower than 1.0 g/L, accounting for 50.7%, and all patients had no serious complications. Conclusion Thrombolytic treatment is safe and effective for severe SSNHL.
