| 摘 要： | 为研究中药蓍草对肝组织纤维化过程中脂质过氧化的防治作用,观察了蓍草醇提取物防治CCL4诱发的大鼠肝纤维化过程中脂质过氧化作用的效果。结果:蓍草醇提物可有效提高肝组织超氧化物岐化酶(SOD)的含量、降低自由基脂质过氧化反应终产物丙二醛(MDA)的含量。结论:蓍草醇提取物可能通过减轻氧自由基对肝细胞的破坏对肝细胞起到保护作用。

| Abstract: | To study the prophylaxis and anti-lipid peroxidation effect of the extract of Achillea millefoliun L on experimental hepatic fibrosis induced by CCL_(4).The result showed that the extract of Achillea millefoliun L could elevate the content of SOD and reduce the abnormally high levels of MDA(malondialdehyde).Conclusion: Extract of Achillea millefoliun L can protect hepatocytes from injury and prevent the progress of hepatic fibrosis by anti-lipid peroxidation effect in rats,which may associate with the effect of anti-oxidiation of the extract. |
