| 摘 要： | 目的探讨葛根素对肝缺血再灌注后Caspase-3表达的影响及其可能的机制。方法建立大鼠肝脏部分缺血再灌注损伤模型,以葛根素预处理,检测肝组织MDA含量,免疫组化法检测Caspase-3表达。结果肝缺血再灌注后MDA含量升高,Caspase-3表达显著升高。葛根素预处理使MDA含量下降,Caspase-3表达明显下降。结论葛根素预处理可通过抗氧化作用抑制Caspase-3的表达,进而减少肝细胞凋亡,对肝脏缺血再灌注损伤具有保护作用。

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the effect of puerarin on the expression of Caspase-3 and its possible mechanisms. Methods A rat model of partial hepatic ischemia-reperfusion was found. We examined the contents of malondialdehyde (MDA). The Caspase-3 expression was measured with immunohistochemical method. Results The contents of MDA increased obviously.
