| 摘 要： | 目的分析胃癌早期的临床特点，提高胃癌的治疗效果。方法回顾近期5例早期胃癌的诊治，分析其就诊原因和特点、疗效、预后。结果本组无死亡，早期确诊病例疗效好。结论提高胃癌的疗效、改善预后的关键在于及时发现和早期诊断。

| Abstract: | Objective：To analyze the clinical Vfeaturcs of early gastric cancer and to improve the treatment of gastric cancer. Methods： The clinical datas of 5 cases with early gastric cancer were analyzed retrospectively. Results： No case died, early diagnosis was effective.Conclusion：To improve the efficacy of the treatment of gastric cancer,the key is to improve the prognosis and early diagnosis. |
