Analysis and Reflection on a Case of Occupational Health Administrative Punishment

Objective ] To explore fresh ideas for the occupational health supervision that adapts to the economic development through the case analysis. Methods] Analysis and discussion were made on the law executive subjects and punishment amount in the case of occupational health administrative punishment. Results] The health administrative department should nail down the law executive subjects after the adjustment of occupational health function and lighten the punishment according to the facts. Conclusion ] It is suggested to improve the occupational health prevention work through the emending occupational health law, strengthening coordination between departments, enhancing occupational health education and combining punishment and education.
