灯盏细辛注射液联合依那普利治疗慢性肾小球肾炎疗效观察

目的观察灯盏细辛注射液联合依那普利治疗慢性肾小球肾炎的临床疗效。方法将83例慢性肾小球肾炎患者随机分为2组,对照组42例予依那普利治疗,治疗组41例在对照组治疗基础上予灯盏细辛注射液治疗。2组均以14 d为1个疗程,治疗2个疗程后评定疗效。检测2组治疗前后24 h尿蛋白定量(Upro)、血尿素氮(BUN)、血肌酐(SCr)变化情况。结果治疗组上述指标与治疗前及对照组治疗后比较均有显著性差异(P均0.05),治疗组总有效率明显高于对照组(P0.05)。结论灯盏细辛注射液与依那普利联用可减少尿蛋白排出,改善肾功能,适用于治疗慢性肾小球肾炎。

Observation of curative effect of Erigeron breviscapus injection combined with enalapril on chronic glomerulonephritis

Objective It is to observe the clinical curative effect of Erigeron breviscapus injection combined with enalapril on chronic glomerulonephritis.Methods 83 cases of patients with chronic glomerulonephritis were randomly divided into 2 groups: the control group(42 cases) was given enalapril,and the treatment group(41 cases) was treated with Erigeron breviscapus injection on the basis of control group's treatment.24 h urinary protein quantitative(Upro),blood uria nitrogen(BUN) and serum creatinine(SCr) before and after treatment in both group were observed.ResultsCompared with that before treatment and in control group after treatment,the indexes above in treatment group after therapy were significantly different(all P<0.05).The total effective rate in treatment group was obviously higher than that in control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Erigeron breviscapus injection combined with enalapril can decrease the excretion of urinary protein,improve the renal function,and is suit for the treatment of chronic glomerulonephritis.
