摘    要:目的:探讨不同程度脊髓损伤后动物血清钙、镁、铜、锌、铁元素含量的变化及转归。方法:将体重2.5~3.0kg健康成年家兔26只,随机分为A组(n=10),B组(n=10)和对照组C组(n=6)。A、B两组用Allen氏法致脊髓伤,能量分别为100gcf和60gcf。通过连续测定术前及术后30min、24h、72h和7d时血清钙、镁、铜、锌、铁元素的含量,结合平行进行的动物后肢神经功能学检查和电生理学(SEP)检查,观察它们在脊髓损伤后及功能恢复过程中的变化。结果:脊髓损伤后血清钙、铜含量升高,镁、锌、铁含量下降。脊髓损伤重者,血清元素变化更明显且持续时间更长。体感诱发电位(SEP)检测A、B两组均表现不同程度的波幅降低或消失,潜伏期延长.结论:急性脊髓损伤早期即可出现某些血清元素的变化。这些变化与脊髓损伤程度、功能恢复情况及SEP变化相一致。

Abstract:Objective: To study the changes of serum elements, calcium(Ca), magnesium(Mg), copper(Cu), zinc(Zn) and iron(Fe) after spinal cord injury (SCI) and the outcome after the course of functional recovery. Methods: Twenty-six healthy mature rabbits, weighted 2.5-3.0 kg, were randomly divided into three groups: group A (n=10), group B (n=10) and sham operation control group C (n= 6). The SCI models of group A and B were made by Aliens method with the content of 100 gcf and 60 gcf. The serum elements of three groups were measured before surgery and at 30 minutes, 24 hours, 72 hours and 7 days after surgery. The somatosensory evoked potential (SEP) was introduced simultaneously with the functional examination. Results: The contents of Ca and Cu increased, while the contents of Mg, Zn and Fe decreased rapidly after SCI, and these changes became more significant and continued longer in serious SCI. SEP examination revealed that the wave amplitude decreased or disappeared, and the latency was prolonged, which may relate with the degree of SCI. Conclusion: Acute spinal cord injury can cause some remarkable changes in serum elements Ca, Mg, Cu, Zn and Fe. These changes accord with the degree of SCI, recovery of SCI and the changes in SEP.
