颅内静脉窦血栓形成的临床特点分析

目的总结颅内静脉窦血栓的临床、影像学表现及治疗。方法回顾性分析14例患者的临床资料。结果50%患者有明确病因,患者均有头痛及恶心呕吐。头颅核磁共振检查血栓信号因发病时间不同呈现不同表现。介入溶栓治疗对部分患者治疗有效。结论颅内静脉窦血栓形成是一类以头痛为主的特殊的脑血管病,无特异性临床体征,核磁共振为其诊断提供良好的辅助手段,介入治疗在该领域有着广泛前景。

CLINICAL ANALYSIS OF INTRACRANIAL VENOUS SINUS THROMBOSIS

Objective To summarize the clinical and imaging manifestation of cranial venous sinus thrombosis and its treaments. Methords the clinical data of 14 patients with CVST were retrospectively analyzed. Results About 50% of the patients have clear causes,and all of them have headache and vomiting.MRI have different results in different time.Local thrombolysis is effective to some cases.Conclusion CVST is a kind of special cerebrovascular disease which have headache in most cases.There are no typical manifestations.MRI with venography is the investigation of choice,local thrombolysis has bright future.
