原发性尿道癌17例报告

报告原发性尿道癌１７例，其中女性１４例，男性３例，男女之比１：４．６７；女性尿道癌发病年龄３２～７２岁，均龄５６岁；鳞癌、腺癌各７例。男性尿道鳞癌３例，均龄５２岁，其中２例为浸润癌。尿道癌恶性度高，淋巴转移早，治疗主张早期手术切除，结合放疗综合治疗。本组手术切除率５８．２％（１０／１７），女性尿道癌手术切除者８例，２年生存率６２．５％（５／８），５年生存率５０％（４／８），男性尿道癌手术切除者２例，均已无瘤生存达４年以上。

Primary Urethral Carcinoma.A Report of 17 Cases

Seventeen patients,14 females and 3 males,with primary urethral carcinoma were terated in our hospital from 1963 to 1993.The ratio of females and males was 4.67:1.The mean age of 14 females and 3 males were 56 years and 52years respectively.In 14 female patients,there were 7 squamous cell carcinomas and 7 adenocarcinomas.The cancers in 3 male patients were all of the squamous cell type.Ten cancers(58.2%)of the 17 were surgically removed.Eight of the latter were females,the 2-year and 5-year survival rates were 62. 5% and 50% respectively.The 2 male patients who are now 4 years after treatment are living and well. The primary urethral carcinoma is highly malignant and tends to lymphatic metastases in early stage of the disease.The treatment of choice Is surgery combined with radiation.
