| 摘 要： | 报道２２例不能切除的原发性肝癌，经肝动脉及门静脉双插管灌注化疗后，肿瘤缩小率为８５．８％～１３．３％，平均缩小率为３９．５％。生存率６月９５．５％，１年８１．８％，２年３６．４％。

| Abstract: | Twenty-two cases with nonresectable primary liver cancer were treated by chemotherpay through double intubation by the way of hepatic artery and Portal vein. The rate of tumor shinkage was seen in 85.8%-13.3% (average 39.5% of cases). The survival rate at 6 months,1 and 2 years after treatment were 95.5%, 81.8% and 36.4% respectively. |
