血清Hcy与Hs-CRP联合检测在心脑血管疾病中的应用

摘    要:目的 探讨血清同型半胱氨酸(Hcy)、超敏C-反应蛋白(Hs - CRP)水平与脑卒中、冠心病的关系,评价Hcy、Hs - CRP测定对脑卒中、冠心病的临床价值.方法 Hcy测定采用酶法,Hs - CRP测定采用比浊法,对349例脑卒中(其中脑出血158例,脑梗死191例)、124例冠心病患者进行检测,并与113例健康体检者进行比较.结果 脑卒中组与冠心病组Hcy、Hs - CRP的水平均高于健康对照组(P<0.05),脑出血组与脑梗死组比较无明显差异(P>0.05).结论 脑卒中与冠心病患者血清Hcy、Hs - CRP水平明显增高,Hcy、Hs - CRP联合测定对脑卒中、冠心病的早期诊治和预后判断均有重要价值.

Abstract:Objective To discuss the correlation between the levels of serum homocysteine(Hcy) and hypersensitive C-reactive protein and stroke and coronary heart disease(CHD),and to evaluate the clinical value of combined detection of Hcy and Hs-CRP for those diseases.Methods 349 patients with stroke(158 patients with cerebral hemorrhage and 191 ones with cerebral infarction) and 124 patients with CHD received the detection of Hcy by enzymic method and the detection of Hs-CRP by turbidimetry.And their detected results were compared with those of other 113 healthy persons.Results The levels of Hcy and Hs-CRP in the stroke group and the CHD group were higher than those in the healthy control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference between the cerebral homorrhage patients and the cerebral infarction ones(P>0.05).Conclusion The levels of Hcy and Hs-CRP in patients with stroke and CHD increase significantly.The combined detection of Hcy and Hs-CRP has an important value in the early diagnosis,treatment,and prognostic judgment of stroke and CHD.
