不同治疗方法对慢性宫颈炎疗效的对比研究

目的比较不同治疗方法对慢性宫颈炎的治疗效果。方法选取2008年6月-2011年12月在我科进行治疗的400例慢性宫颈炎患者作为研究对象，将其分为微波凝固治疗组（A组）和LEEP术治疗组（B组），比较两组患者术中出血量、手术时间、有效率及术后并发症发生情况。结果A组手术时间及术中出血量明显少于B组，两组的总有效率没有显著差异，但B组慢性中重度宫颈炎痊愈率高于A组，A组患者术后并发症发生率低于B组。结论建议慢性轻度宫颈炎患者优先采用微波凝固治疗，慢性中重度宫颈炎患者优先采用LEEP术治疗。

Comparison of curative effects between different treatment methods on chronic cervicitis

Objective To compare the curative effects between different treatment methods on chronic cervicitis.Methods 400 patients with chronic cervicitis receiving treatment in the gynecologic department from June 2008 to December 2011 were selected as subjects and randomly divided into microwave coagulation therapy group(group A)and LEEP operation group(group B).Comparison was made in perioperative blood loss,operative time,effective rate,and postoperative complications between the two groups.Results The operative time and perioperative blood loss in group A was significant less than those in group B,and there was no significant difference in the total effective rate between the two groups.But the cure rate of chronic moderate and severe cervicitis in group B was higher than that in group A.The incidence of postoperative complications in group A were significantly lower than that in group B.Conclusion It is suggested that patients with chronic mild cervicitis should firstly choose the therapy of microwave coagulation and ones with chronic moderate or severe cervicitis should firstly choose LEEP operation.
