依达拉奉治疗急性脑出血的疗效观察

目的观察依达拉奉治疗急性脑出血的临床疗效。方法将急性脑出血患者80例，随机分为两组，对照组39例和实验组41例。对照组采用常规基础治疗，实验组在常规治疗基础上应用依达拉奉，对两组患者临床疗效和神经缺失功能评分进行比较分析。结果与对照组相比，实验组的基本痊愈率和总有效率明显提高（P〈0．05）；两组治疗后神经功能缺失评分均有所降低，与对照组相比，实验组治疗后7、14、21、28d的神经缺失评分均明显降低（P〈0．05）。结论依这拉奉可促进脑出血患者的神经功能康复，为治疗急性脑出血的有效药物。

Curative effects of edaravone on acute cerebral hemorrhage

Objective To clinically observe the curative effects of edaravone on acute cerebral hemorrhage.Methods Eighty patients with acute cerebral hemorrhage were randomly divided into control group(39 cases)and experiment group(41 cases).The control group received conventional treatment,while the experiment group received edaravone on the basis of conventional treatment.Comparison was made in clinical curative effects and assessment of neurofunctional defects between the two groups.Results Compared with the basic recovery rate and total effective rate of the control group,those of the experiment group increased significantly,and there were significant differences between the two groups(P<0.05).After the treatment,the assessment of neurofunctional defects of the two groups all decreased.But compared with the assessment of the control group,that of the experiment group 7,14,21,and 28 d after the treatment significantly decreased,and there were significant differences between the two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion Edaravone can accelerate the recovery of neural function in patients with cerebral hemorrhage,and also is an effective drug for the treatment of acute cerebral hemorrhage.
