多烯磷脂酰胆碱在妇科恶性肿瘤术后辅助化疗时护肝作用研究

目的观察多烯磷脂酰胆碱在妇科恶性肿瘤术后辅助化疗时的护肝作用，为提高化疗质量提供依据。方法将妇科恶性肿瘤术后首次化疗患者总计120例，完全随机分为2组，治疗组（60例）化疗首日开始每日给予多烯磷脂酰胆碱联合甘草酸二胺护肝，对照组（60例）予甘草酸二胺护肝。观察并比较两组化疗前后肝功能的变化。结果治疗前两组肝功能各检测指标无显著差异；化疗2W后，治疗组肝功能各检测指标均显著低于对照组（P〈0．05）。结论多烯磷脂酰胆碱能显著减轻妇科恶性肿瘤辅助化疗引起的肝功能损伤，降低化疗药物性肝损害的发生率。

Protective effects of polyene phosphatidylcholine on liver during adjuvant chemotherapy after operation for gynecologic malignant tumors

Objective To observe protective effect of polyene phosphatidylcholine on liver during adjuvant chemotherapy after the operation for gynecologic malignant tumors,and to provide scientific basis for improving the quality of chemotherapy.Methods Totally 120 patients receiving chemotherapy for the first time after operation for gynecologic malignant tumors were randomly divided into two groups with 60 ones in each group.Treatment group received the intravenous injection with polyene phosphatidylcholine combined with diammonium glycyrrhizinate since the first day of chemotherapy,while control group only received the injection with diammonium glycyrrhizinate.The changes in liver function of both groups before and after the chemotherapy were observed and compared.Results Before the treatment,there was no significant difference in liver function between the two groups.Two weeks after the chemotherapy,those indexes of liver function in the treatment group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Polyene phosphatidylcholine can significantly reduce the damage of liver function caused by adjuvant chemotherapy on gynecologic malignant tumors,and decrease the incidence of chemotherapeutics-related liver lesion.
