护理干预对社区脑卒中患者家属心理健康的影响

目的探讨护理干预对社区脑卒中患者陪护家属心理健康的影响。方法 48例社区脑卒中患者陪护家属随机等分为对照组和护理干预组,采用家庭访视及社区组织活动给予干预组对象心理支持及康复技术指导,于研究前及研究结束时对患者进行SAS、SDS及GWB评分并分析结果。结果脑卒中患者陪护家属的SAS、SDS评分高于国内常模,而GWB评分低于国内常模,对象接受护理干预后SAS、SDS评分增长值低于对照组,而GWB评分差值高于对照组（P〈0.05）。结论脑卒中事件可影响患者主要陪护家属的心理健康,护理干预可缓解该损害。

Effect of Nursing Intervention on Mental Health of Community Stroke Patients' Relatives

Objective To explore the effect of nursing intervention on mental health of community stroke patients＇ rela- tives. Methods Forty- eight relatives of stroke patients dismissed from hospitals were randomly divided into control group and nursing intervention group （each n= 24）. With family interview and community activities, the relatives of nursing intervention group were given psychological support and healing technique guidance. Self - rating anxiety scale （SAS）, self- rating depression scale （SDS）, and general well being schedule （GVVB） were used to evaluate the status of mental health at both the beginning and the end of trial. Results The scores of SAS and SDS in the relatives of stroke patients were higher than those of national norm, while the score of GWB was lower than that of national norm. The scores of SAS and SDS in nursing intervention group were significantly lower than those of control group, while the score of GWB was higher than that of control group （P〈0.05）. Conclusions Stroke may affect the status of mental health of patient＇s relatives, and correct nursing intervention can alleviate the trauma.
