| 摘 要： | 妊娠高血压综合征是常见的严重危害母婴健康的妊娠并发症 ,目前其发病机理尚不明确。近年 ,许多学者提出胎盘或滋养细胞缺血与妊高征发病关系密切。胰岛素样生长因子 1及胰岛素样生长因子结合蛋白 1是生长发育的调节因子 ,被认为与滋养细胞的增殖或侵蚀有关。该文就胰岛素样生长因子 1及胰岛素样生长因子结合蛋白 1的生物学特性、与正常妊娠的关系及其在妊娠高血压综合征发生、发展中的作用进行综述。

| Abstract: | Pregnancy-induced hypertension syndrome(PIH) is a pregnancy complication that may seriously do the health of mother and infant harm.The pathogenesis of PIH is unkown yet now. Recently, many researchers indicated that placental or trophoblastic ischemia is closely associated with PIH. IGF-1 and IGFBP-1 are regulatory factors of growth, which is thought to be concerned with trophoblastic proliferation and invasion. In this review, we summarized the biological features of IGF-1 and IGFBP-1, their correlation with normal pregnancy and the significance in occurrence and development of PIH. |
