湖北省部分地区中老年人高血压现况调查及其危险因素分析

目的:了解湖北省部分地区中老年人各型高血压的分布及其危险因素。方法:对湖北省部分地区2811名年龄≥35岁中老年人采用横断面调查。结果:调查对象中高血压患病率为42.3%,男性患病率高于女性。通过多因素非条件Logistic回归分析表明,年龄与单纯收缩期高血压(ISH)发生有联系,OR为1.096(1.080～1.114);在单纯舒张期高血压(IDH)中,女性发生的风险低于男性,OR为0.556(0.414～0.748);体重指数(BMI)和不洁饮用水与患IDH有联系,OR分别为1.694(1.392～2.063)和1.512(1.128～2.028);年龄、BMI和父母患高血压与SH+DH发生有联系,OR值分别为1.702(1.489～1.946)、1.040(1.029～1.050)和1.462(1.304～1.640);厨房中安装通风设备对SH+DH有预防作用,OR为0.684(0.567～0.825)。结论:年龄、性别、BMI、父母患高血压、不洁饮用水和厨房中安装通风设备是湖北省部分地区中老年人群高血压的影响因素。

The Prevalence Study on Hypertension and Risk Factors Among the Middle and the Old Aged People in Some Areas of Hubei Province

Objective:To investigate the prevalence rate of hypertension among the middle and old aged people in some area of Hubei province. Methods: A prevalence study were conducted about the prevalence rate of hypertension and risk factors. Result :The crude prevalence rate of hypertension was 42.3% among 2811 persons. Age is associated Isolated with systolic Hypertension, OR is 1.096(1.080～1.114).Sex, BMI and unclean water source are associated with Isolated diastolic hypertension, OR are 0.556(0.441～0.748),1.694(1.392～2.063)and 1.512(1.128～2.028) respectively. Ages, BMI and parents' history of hypertension are associated with systolic combined diastolic hypertension , OR are 1.702(1.489～1.946)、1.040(1.029～1.050) and 1.462(1.304～1.640) respectively. Good ventilation in kitchen is a protective factor for SH+DH, OR is 0.684(0.567～0.825). Conclusion: Sex ,age, BMI, parents' history of hypertension unclean water source, and ventilation in kitchen are the associated factors.
