| 摘 要： | 人巨细胞病毒感染在全球广泛流行,表现多为亚临床感染和潜伏感染,但妊娠期妇女感染该病毒后果较为严重,可引起新生儿出生缺陷和各种不可逆性损伤。该文综述人类巨细胞病毒先天性感染的发病机制和有关产前诊断技术。

| Abstract: | Human cytomegalovirus(HCMV) infection is prevalent in the world. It is always la tent and subclinical, but it is serious for pregnant women who has caught it, be cause HCMV infection may result in defects a nd irreversible injuries of newborns. This article summarized pathogenesis and p renatal diagnosis of congenital human cytomegalovirus infection. |
