浅述中药二次开发在中医药发展中的重要性

近年来中药的二次开发受到了愈来愈多的重视。现对中药二次开发在中医药发展中的重要性进行探讨。从分析目前形势人手，指出中医药发展虽机遇颇佳，但其本身却优势与不足并举，彼此相互错杂，甚至相互矛盾，形成了中医药发展的复杂形势，并造成了不可避免的困难。中药二次开发是应对目前形势的积极方式，其既适应了现在开发新药的迫切局面，又保持了中医的固有特征，还针对了传统中成药工艺落后的不足。还从开发对象的选择、基础研究的深入、中药工艺的革新等几方面对中药二次开发的方法和途径做了详述，并对有关问题提出了几条建议。

Importance of secondary exploitation for Chinese materia medica in traditional Chinese medicine field

To explore the Chinese materia medica (CMM) for the second time has been attached increasingly importance in recent years. The author discusses the importance of the secondary exploitation to the development of traditional Chinese medicine (TCM). At the same time, the author analyzes the current situation of TCM, and points out that the advantages and disadvantages of TCM. They are complicated with each other, and this complicated situations have brought about the difficulties of development of TCM. So the author brings forward that the secondary exploitation for CMM is a positive approach to solve the current problems, for it not only adapts to the complexion of exploring the new drug, but also keeps inherent characteristic of TCM, and aims at the disadvantages of the traditional techniques of TCM. In addition, the author recounts the method of secondary exploitation for CMM from choosing the object, deepening the base research to reforming the techniques. In the end, the author tables some proposals for the secondary exploitation for CMM.
