补肾活血汤治疗口服西药降糖药失效的2型糖尿病效果研究

目的:探讨补肾活血汤治疗口服西药降糖药失效的2型糖尿病的效果。方法:门诊收集口服西药降糖药失效的2型糖尿病患者80例,随机分成治疗组和对照组,两组各40例,治疗组在原来用药基础上给予补肾活血汤治疗,对照组在原来用药基础上给予消渴丸治疗,治疗前后给患者做中医症候评分,检测空腹血糖,餐后2h血糖,糖化血红蛋白。结果:治疗前两组中医症候评分,空腹血糖,餐后2h血糖,糖化血红蛋白均无明显差异(P>0.05),治疗后中医症候评分,空腹血糖,餐后2h血糖,糖化血红蛋白均明显降低(P<0.05),治疗组与对照组相比无明显差异(P>0.05)。结论:补肾活血汤能有效治疗口服西药降糖药失效的2型糖尿病,其效果与消渴丸相当。
