腰椎小关节综合征的影像学诊断

目的：探讨腰椎小关节综合征的影像学表现。材料与方法：回顾性分析84例腰腿痛病人的CT和X线平片，CT发现腰椎小关节异常53例，平片发现24例。结果：腰椎小关节综合征的CT表现为小关节突增生肥大，骨赘形成，关节间隙狭窄，关节面下囊变，关节内真空现象，关节囊钙化，侧隐窝狭窄等，后4方面普通X线平片检查难以显示。结论：CT可为腰椎小关节综合征的诊断提供可靠的影像学依据，对腰腿痛病人的合理施治有重要意义。

Imaging Diagnosis of the Lumbar Facet Syndrome

Purpose: To Investigate the imaging features of the lumbar facet syndrome. Materials and Methods: A retrospective analysis was made for CT scan and X - ray materials of 84 patients with pain in back and leg. Abnormal facet joint were found in 53 by CT and in 24 by X - ray. Results: Abnormalies demonstrated by CT included facet hypertrophy, osteophyte formation,joint narrowing, subchondral sclerosis erosion, vacum phenomenon, calcification of joint capsule and stenosis of lateral recess. The latter four signs are hardly discemible by traditional X - ray. Conclusion: CT scan can provide authentic images for dingnosis of the facet syndrome and is valuable in chosing rational therapeutic programme for back pain and sciatica.
