| 摘 要： | 建立了UV法测定紫花地丁中总黄酮的含量,检测波长为510nm,平均回收率为99.8%.试验结果经方差分析显示,不同季节采收的紫花地丁中总黄酮含量有显著性差异.

| Abstract: | An UV method for determination of flavonoids in Viola yedoensis Makino was established. The detectionwavelength was 510nm, and the average recovery was 99.8%. The result of variance analysis showed that the contents offlavonoids had significant difference in the plant picked at different seasons. |
