咽旁间隙神经鞘瘤的诊治——附7例报告

目的： 提高临床对咽旁间隙神经鞘瘤的认识。方法： 报告近二十年来收治的７ 例咽旁间隙神经鞘瘤的临床资料，男３ 例，女４ 例，全部采用手术治疗，其中口内径路２ 例，颈侧切开径路５ 例。结果： 所有病例经随访２ ～８ 年，均无复发。结论： 该病应早期诊断，ＣＴ 应列为常规检查；手术切除要彻底，颈侧切开为一安全、彻底的手术径路

Neurilemmona of the parapharyngeal space:reports of 7 cases

Objective: To further understood the neurilemmone of the parapharyngeal space.Methods: 7 cases neurilemmonas of the parapharyngeal space (3 males,4 female) during twenty years were reviewed.All patients were treated by surgery.Surgical methods included pharyngeal approach in 2,neck flank approach in 5.Results: A 2 to 8 years follow up study showed that the patients had no recurrence.Conclusion: It is suggest that early diagnosis is important.CT scan should be used as routine examination method,the operation should be done thoroughly.Neck flank approach is the better oprative method to removal of the primary parapharyngeal space neurilemmona.
