新诊2型糖尿病患者颈动脉内膜中层厚度相关危险因素分析

【目的】探讨新诊断2型糖尿病患者颈动脉内膜中层厚度（intima-media thickness,IMT）改变及与各种相关危险因素的关系。【方法】对204例新诊断2型糖尿病患者用彩色多普勒超声超测量IMT,并分成A和B两组（组A IMT〈0.065 cm;组BIMT〉0.065 cm）,探讨其与年龄、体重指数、腰围、臀围、腰臀比、甘油三酯、胆固醇、低密度脂蛋白等的关系。【结果】IMT≥0.065 cm患者的年龄、收缩压、脉压、体重指数、腰围、臀围、低密度脂蛋白、明显高于IMT〈0.065 cm者,而甘油三酯、胆固醇、高密度脂蛋白、糖化血红蛋白、空腹血糖、餐后2 h血糖无统计学差异。Pearson相关分析发现IMT与收缩压、脉压、体重指数、腰围、臀围、胆固醇、低密度脂蛋白呈显著正相关,多元线性回归分析发现年龄、体重指数、低密度脂蛋白是IMT的独立危险因素。【结论】年龄、肥胖和低密度脂蛋白是2型糖尿病患者的独立危险因素,在大血管并发症的发生发展中起了重要的促进作用。

Analysison of various risk factors and intima-media thickness of carotid attery in newly detected type 2 diabetes

【Objective】 To analyze the relationship between intima-media thickness（IMT） changes and various factors in newly diagnosed type 2 diabetes.【Methods】 IMT was measured by B-mode ultrasonography in 204 cases of newly diagnosed type 2 diabetes patients.Taking 0.065 as the demarcation line the cases were divided into two groups.Group A IMT0.065 cm and group B0.065 cm.Various risk factors as age,obesity,WC,HC,WHR,TG,TC,LDL,HDL and hypolipoproteinemia related to IMT were analyzed.【Results】Age,SBP,PP,BMI,WC,HC,LDL,IMT were all significantly higher in group A than those in the groupB.TG、TC、HDL、FBG、2 h PG values are similar in these two groups.By pearson correlation analysis of,the IMTmean showed a significant positive correlation with age,SBP,PP,WC,HC,TC and LDL.By multiple linear regression,age,BMI,LDL were all independently correlated with carotid IMT.【Conclusions】 Age,BMI,LDL are highly associated with IMT in type 2 diabetes suggesting that they are indpendent risk factors for the development of atherosclerosis.
