原发性肾上腺皮质腺癌10例临床分析

目的：探讨肾上腺皮质腺癌的早期诊断,手术及围手术期处理。方法：分析10例肾上腺皮质腺癌的临床特点,影像学特点,及治疗预后情况。结果：经1-5年随访,8例完整切除肿瘤中有4例生存,其余4例及2例行活检者均死亡。结论：影像学的发展使患者易早期诊断,围手术期的充分准备是减少手术并发症及死亡率的关键。

Primary Adrenocortical Carcinoma: Clinical Analysis of 10 Cases

Objective： To investigate the early diagnosis, surgical and per/operative management of adrenocortical adenocarcinoma . Method： The author analysed the clinical features, imaging characteristics, prognosis and treatment of 10 cases adrenocortical carcinoma. Result： After 1 - 5 years follow- up, 4 of 8 cases with complete tumor resection cases survived, and 2 deaths with routine biopsy in the remaining 4 cases Conclusion： The development of imaging makes early diagnosis possible , fully preparation in peri - operative period can reduce the surgical complications and mortality.
