激光焊接齿科镍铬-钴铬合金生物相容性研究

摘    要:目的:评价激光焊接齿科镍铬-钴铬合金的生物相容性。方法:参照GB/T 16886技术报告相关标准,对激光焊接齿科镍铬-钴铬合金生物相容性进行体内及体外试验,包括细胞毒性试验、短期急性全身毒性试验及口腔黏膜刺激试验。结果:激光焊接齿科镍铬-钴铬合金细胞毒性实验评价级别为1级,无明显细胞毒性作用,未见任何急性毒性反应,口腔黏膜刺激试验未见异常组织学反应。结论:激光焊接齿科镍铬-钴铬合金具有良好生物相容性,安全无毒。

Abstract:Objective: To evaluate the biological compatibility of laser-welded dissimilar alloy in dentistry: Co-Cr and Ni-Cr alloy. Methods: Cytotoxicity, acute toxicity and mucous membrane irritation were performed on the laser-welded dissimilar alloy in dentistry: Co-Cr and Ni-Cr alloy based on GB/T 16886 standard. Results: The results showed that the level of cytotoxicity was grade 1, no obrious cytotoxicity no acute toxicity and no histomorphologic changes were observed in mucous membrane. Conclusion: The laser-welded dissimilar alloy in dentistry: Co-Cr and Ni-Cr alloy has a good biocompatibility, and is safe and nonpoisonous.
