| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨糖耐量减低（IGT）患者执行功能损害情况.方法 采用病例对照研究方法,对比分析46例IGT患者和46例糖代谢正常对照者简易智能状态评价量表（MMSE）、威斯康辛卡片分类测试（WCST）、Stroop色词测验（SCWT）评估研究对象的认知执行功能状况.结果 病例组与对照组MMSE得分差异无显著性;病例组WCST各项得分显著低于对照组,病例组SCWT各项得分与对照组比较差异无显著性.结论 IGT患者存在执行功能损害,主要表现在抽象思雄能力、概念的形成和流畅性方面.

| Abstract: | Objective To explore the executive function in patients with impaired glucose tolerance（lGT）. Methods The Mini- Mental State Examination（MMSE） ,Wisconsin card sorting test（ WCST）, Stroop coh）r-word test（SCWT） were used to assess the cognitive function of 46 IGT outt）atients and 46 people with normal glycometaholism. Results The MMSE and SCWT scores of the two groups had no significant differences. The WCST scores of IGT patients were significantly lower than that of normal controls. Conclusion The patients with IGT have executive function impairmenl,manifested by al）stract thinking,formation of conception and fluency. |
